We offer three levels of service, each designed to meet the specific needs of our customers. Our first step is to take a complete inventory of the "workings" of your home systems, listing all the items that require regular scheduled maintenance, cleaning and/or upgrades. This inventory will include the model, serial numbers, age of the system and a complete photographic log of each item. There is a one-time fee associated with the completion of the inventory (dependent upon the complexity and size of the home), and it is the homeowner's to keep, regardless of whether or not you decide to use the home management services of Perfect Home.

Perfect Home does not perform any of the labor or service on the home systems. All work is provided only through our select group of outside contractors. Perfect Home schedules and oversees prompt and expert completion of all work, and reports to the homeowner on the outcome.

I. Perfect Home Maintenance Plan*
Utilizing the Perfect Home inventory done on your house, we will customize a home maintenance plan to fit the needs and personality of you and your home. Perfect Home then schedules all the required maintenance and follows up to ensure thorough and timely completion throughout the year. Perfect Home will provide you with a personal link to our website, which will give you access to view the items listed in your household inventory, and review scheduled service dates, maintenance required, etc. Pricing will be based upon the square footage of your house and will include all the inventoried systems within. (Certain items outside the home, e.g. pools, outdoor lighting, septic systems, etc., will be subject to a separate maintenance charge).

II. Perfect Home Full Maintenance and Service Plan*
This is for the homeowner whose lifestyle requires an added level of service and attention. You will receive the same maintenance plan as customized for you in Perfect Home’s Basic Plan above. In addition, we will be your point of contact when any of your inventoried items or systems need repair. With our 24/7 answer line, we can work on your after-business-hour calls first thing the next morning and schedule the appropriate service person out to your home.

III. Perfect Home Contractor Services
For our customers who are planning a renovation, construction project, home addition, landscape redesign, or system overhaul, we can serve as your general contractor. We will work with you to select and hire the most qualified company for your project. We will oversee the project from start to successful completion. Perfect Home will handle the filing of all necessary building and other permits with the applicable town agencies. We contract only with licensed, local trades people with impeccable reputations.
